Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours from the moment the purchase is completed.
If priority processing is selected at checkout, we aim to process the order within 12 hours, allowing your order to be dispatched as quickly as possible.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the shipment in real time.
Address Changes
You may request a delivery address change within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this period, we cannot guarantee that the change can be applied.
If a late intervention or manual handling is required, a £10 administrative and logistics fee may apply.

Parcels Returned to Sender
If a parcel is returned to the sender due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient unavailable
- Failure to monitor the shipment tracking
A £10 re-shipping fee will be applied in order to resend the parcel.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping information
- Monitoring the tracking status of their order
Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused
- Uninstalled or unmodified
- In perfect condition
- Returned in the original packaging, including accessories, manuals and components
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error made by Xeva®.

Product Warranty
All Xeva® products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.
If a confirmed defect is found, we will provide one of the following solutions free of charge:
- Repair of the defective item
- Replacement of the defective component
- Replacement of the product (if necessary)
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Improper use
- Incorrect installation or modification
